Divided villas: the twins of Piazza Roma

Two villas, a single building destined to be divided over the centuries but inseparably linked. We will discover Casa Moretti, Brandolini, Marcello, a historic residence dating back to the end of the 16th century with a
central inner courtyard where the centuries-old horse chestnut tree stands out, and later, the secret rooms such as the “well room” of Palazzo Zambaldi, now the town hall. The two villas are adjacent and the guided tour is unique for both. In addition, at 17:00 you can attend the presentation of the book ‘I siori che se diverte’ (at Villa Marcello Marinelli) by Girolamo Marcello del Majno, conducted by Paolo Gaspari.

The villas contain perfectly preserved ancient Venetian and mosaic floors, 18th century stuccoes and coats of arms that tell the story of ancient noble families.
